Step 6: Restoration
The final step of the water restoration process will depend on the type of water loss and the extent of the damage.
If the damage was from clean water and localized, you may be dry and ready to enjoy life as normal in about five days.
However, if you had a flood or sewage leak, it’s going to take more time. At this stage, your home or business has been gutted down to the studs, all flooring and cabinetry has been removed, and our team may have just completed the actual drying process.
The restoration process will continue as insulation, sheetrock and baseboards are replaced. Carpet or new floor coverings will need to be installed. Doors and other trim may need to be installed. And of course, painting will need to be finished.
Once all of this has been completed, we will deliver your restored property back to you, thereby restoring your property to its pre-water damage condition.
